How to add Multi-factor Authentication to my portal?

Admins, agents and users could add an extra layer of security to their accounts by enabling the MFA option in the profile settings. In the 2-step verification setup, you will use Google Authenticator app to receive codes.

If you lose your phones or otherwise can't get codes via Google Authenticator, you can use backup codes to sign in. We recommend generating and store the backup codes safe. If you think your backup codes were stolen or if you're running out, select Re-Generate backup codes. Your old set of backup codes will automatically become inactive.
