How do I reduce my agents or cancel my subscription?
To reduce your agent count or cancel:
Option 1 - Disable unused agents:
- Go to Settings > Agents
- Disable agents you no longer need
- Disabled agents do not count toward your limit

This frees up seats for new agents if needed
Option 2 - Stop auto-renewal:
- Go to Settings > Agents
- Turn off auto-renewal

Your current agents remain active until the billing period ends
- At renewal, the extra packs will not be charged
Important notes:
- You cannot remove individual packs mid-year
- There are no partial refunds for the current billing period
- Changes take effect at your next renewal date
- Your free 5 agents are always available regardless of subscription status
