What is auto-renewal?
Auto-renewal automatically renews your agent subscription each year so your service continues without interruption.
How it works:
- Enabled by default when you purchase agent packs
- Your payment method is charged on your annual renewal date
- All your agent packs renew together on the same date
- You receive a confirmation email after successful renewal
Managing auto-renewal:
- Go to Settings > Agents to view your renewal settings
- You can turn auto-renewal on or off at any time
If auto-renewal is OFF:
- Your subscription expires at the end of the current billing period
- You will need to manually purchase packs again to maintain extra agent seats
