What is auto-renewal?
Auto-renewal automatically renews your agent subscription each year so your service continues without interruption.
How it works:
- Enabled by default when you purchase agent packs.
- Your payment method is charged on your annual renewal date.
- All your agent packs renew together on the same date.
- You receive a confirmation email after successful renewal

Managing auto-renewal:
- Go to Settings > Agents to view your renewal settings.
- You can turn auto-renewal on or off at any time.
If auto-renewal is OFF:
- Your subscription expires at the end of the current billing period.
- You will need to manually purchase packs again to maintain extra agent seats.
