When does my agent subscription renew?

Your subscription renews once per year on your annual renewal date.

 

This date is set when you first purchase agent packs and all packs renew together on the same date for simplified billing.

 

You can view your renewal date in Settings > Agents.

 

Before renewal, you will receive email reminders at:

 

 

These reminders include your renewal amount and the number of packs that will be renewed.
