What happens if my renewal payment does not go through?


If your payment cannot be processed:

  1. You receive an email notification immediately
  2. A 7-day grace period begins
    • All agents continue working normally during this time
    • Payment is retried automatically
  3. You can update your payment method to resolve the issue
  4. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, the subscription expires
 
After expiry:

  • Existing agents continue working (no disruption)
  • You cannot add new agents until you renew
 
To fix: Update your payment method in Settings > Agents. Payment will be retried automatically.
