What happens if my renewal payment does not go through?
If your payment cannot be processed:
- You receive an email notification immediately
- A 7-day grace period begins
- All agents continue working normally during this time
- Payment is retried automatically
- You can update your payment method to resolve the issue
- If payment is not resolved within 7 days, the subscription expires
After expiry:
- Existing agents continue working (no disruption)
- You cannot add new agents until you renew
To fix: Update your payment method in Settings > Agents. Payment will be retried automatically.
