Can an agent create a ticket for a user?


Yes, agents can create tickets on behalf of end users in Raiseaticket. When an agent creates a ticket, the following events are triggered: 

  • End User Notification: The end user receives an email notification from raiseaticket portal informing them that a ticket was created on their behalf.                                                                                                     
  • Ticket Visibility: The ticket is added to the end user’s ticket listing, allowing them to track its progress.
