Why haven't the agents received the activation email?
There could be a few reasons:
A typo or error in the agent's email address. Verify the email address in the agent’s profile under settings and update the email address if there is an error. The agent will receive a notification for activation.
The email message might have been blocked by the spam filter. Add firstname.lastname@example.org to the email contacts or safe senders list of your email account.
