Who can purchase agent packs?
Only Super Admins and Admins can purchase agent packs and manage subscription settings.
Regular agents and customer users do not have access to billing or subscription features.
If you need more agents but cannot see the purchase option:
- Check that you are logged in as Admin or Super Admin
- Contact your portal administrator to purchase packs on your behalf
You can verify your role at the bottom of the sidebar navigation.
