What counts toward my agent limit?


The following user types count toward your agent limit:
 
Counts toward limit:
  • Active Agents
  • Active Admins
  • Super Admins
 
Does NOT count:
  • Customer users (your clients who submit tickets)
  • Disabled or deactivated agents
  • Users with "User" role
 
Your limit is checked only when:
  • Adding a new agent
  • Re-enabling a disabled agent
 
It is never checked during login - existing agents can always access the portal regardless of subscription status.
