What counts toward my agent limit?
The following user types count toward your agent limit:
Counts toward limit:
- Active Agents
- Active Admins
- Super Admins
Does NOT count:
- Customer users (your clients who submit tickets)
- Disabled or deactivated agents
- Users with "User" role
Your limit is checked only when:
- Adding a new agent
- Re-enabling a disabled agent
It is never checked during login - existing agents can always access the portal regardless of subscription status.
