Role Definition
Admin The portal creator is the primary admin who has access to all areas of the raiseaticket helpdesk portal.  Additional admin can be created for administrative and operational purposes on the poral.
Agent Agents are your primary support persons or employees who will respond to clients.
User Users refer to your customers or clients who create support request or tickets on the support channels.
