Is the share dashboard option available for agents?

Yes, agents can share dashboard by clicking the "Share Dashboard" button on the dashboard page, a pop up appears to select the recipient email address to share the dashboard. 

By default, the share dashboard option is not enabled for the agents. Admin can manage share dashboard for agents in the agent’s profile settings by toggling the on/off share dashboard option via Settings/Agents/Edit.
