How could I generate reports in my portal?

Based on your requirements you can generate reports by navigating to Reports / Custom Reports and select report based on Agent, Group, User, Company, Ticket Raised, Ticket Performance and then select the required fields to generate the report.

The generated reports can be downloaded as an excel file or you can email the report to yourself and others. You can also schedule and automatically send reports to yourself, colleagues, and external emails. The generated report type could be scheduled on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
