Fixing Missing “Sign Up” Button or Broken Ticket Form on Brave Browser

If you’re using Brave Browser and the “Sign Up” button or “Raise a Ticket” form isn’t displaying properly, Brave’s built-in privacy protections (called Shields) may be blocking essential website scripts.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Option 1: Turn Off Shields for the Site

1. Click the Brave icon in the address bar.
2. Toggle Shields → Off.
3. Refresh the page.
   • The missing button or form should now appear.
     
     

Option 2: Adjust Shield Settings (Keep Shields On)

If you prefer not to turn off Shields completely:

1. Click the Brave icon → Advanced controls.
2. Update the following settings:
   • Trackers & ads blocking → Standard
   • Cookies → Allow all cookies
   • Fingerprinting → Standard
   • Ensure Block scripts is Off
3. Refresh the page.
