Can I get a refund for unused agent packs?
Agent subscriptions are billed annually and are non-refundable for the current billing period.
If you no longer need all your agents:
- Disable unused agents to free up seats immediately
- urn off auto-renewal to stop future charges
- At your next renewal, purchase only what you need
The free 5 agents remain available regardless of subscription status.
