Can I filter overdue tickets?


Yes, you can filter overdue tickets in Raiseaticket. The ticket listing console provides predefined filters located in the top pane, allowing you to sort tickets by various criteria such as: 

  • Status 
  • Category 
  • Priority 
  • Due By 
  • Group 
  • Agent 

Overdue Tickets

To view overdue tickets, simply apply the "Due By" filter manually, and the system will display all tickets that have exceeded their due time. This helps prioritize and manage unresolved issues.
