Where Can I Find My Raiseaticket Email Settings?


To access your email settings in Raiseaticket:

  1. Sign in: Log in to your Raiseaticket admin portal.
  2. Navigate: Go to Settings > Email Channels.
  3. View and Manage:
    • Support Email Settings: View your default support email address assigned to your tenant.
    • Modify settings as required to align with your support workflows.
