The CMS integration connects our Change Management System (CMS) with Raiseaticket (our helpdesk/ticketing tool). With this integration, any request requiring infrastructure or application changes is automatically escalated from Raiseaticket into the CMS for review, approval, and tracking.
This ensures that all changes are handled through a controlled, auditable workflow, aligning with ITIL standards and reducing the risk of unauthorized changes.
