What is the attachment size limit?
Attachment limits in Raiseaticket:
Size limit: up to 25MB per upload
Supported file formats:
- Images: GIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG
- Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, XLSM, PPT, PPTX, RTF, ODT, TXT, CSV.
- Archives: ZIP
- Other: XPS
If you need to share something larger, add a file-sharing link in the ticket reply instead.
