What is the attachment size limit?
Attachment limits in Raiseaticket:
Size limit: Files up to 20MB per attachment
Count limit: Up to 5 files per reply/ticket
Supported file formats:
- Images: GIF, JPEG, PNG
- Documents: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, RTF, ODT, TXT, CSV
- Archives: ZIP
- Other: XPS, XLSM
If you need to share larger files, consider using a file-sharing service and including the link in your ticket reply.
Admins can view and download all attachments from the ticket detail view.
