What is MFA Enforcement?

MFA Enforcement is a portal-wide security setting. When an administrator turns it on, everyone who signs in to your helpdesk portal users, agents, and admins  must have Multi-Factor Authentication configured. Anyone who has not set it up is asked to do so before they can use the portal.
