What happens if my agent subscription expires?
If your agent subscription expires:
What continues working:
- All existing agents can still log in and work normally
- Tickets, data, and history are fully preserved
- All portal features remain available
What is restricted:
- You cannot add new agents
- You cannot re-enable previously disabled agents
- A notification banner appears in your admin panel
Your existing support operations are never disrupted. To restore full access, simply purchase a new agent pack from Settings > Agents.
Important: No data is ever deleted due to an expired subscription.
