How do I export report data?

Reports can be downloaded for use outside Raiseaticket, and the download matches what you were looking at.

Will my export match what I see on screen?

Yes. The download uses the same filters, the same order and the same Work Date column as the view you are looking at.

Formats and onward use

Analytics data can be exported in CSV, Excel or JSON. Those formats are readable by business-intelligence tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio and Tableau, so report data can be combined with data from other systems - a CRM, an ERP or finance records - for wider reporting.
