Why can't I add a new agent?


If you are unable to add a new agent, it is likely because you have reached your agent limit.
 
To check:
  1. Go to Settings > Agents
  2. View your current usage (e.g., "5 of 5 agents used")
 
To resolve:
  • Purchase an additional agent pack (adds 5 seats)
  • Or disable an existing agent you no longer need (disabled agents free up a seat)
 
Remember: Your portal includes 5 free agents. Each purchased pack adds 5 more.
