Is there a maximum number of agents I can have?

There is no hard cap on the number of agents you can add to your portal. You can purchase as many packs as your team needs.

 

For very large teams (more than 50 additional agents), your purchase may include a brief verification step. You will be notified if this applies, and it is typically resolved within 24-48 hours.
