How do I whitelist the domain in Gmail?

To guarantee that every Raiseaticket notification reaches your support team’s inbox—bypassing Gmail’s spam, phishing, and malware filters, add Raiseaticket’s address or domain to your Google Workspace allowlist. Follow the steps below to set it up as a trusted sender.

1. Sign in at admin.google.com (Super-admin account).
2. Navigate to Apps › Google Workspace › Gmail › Spam, phishing, and malware.
3. Under Email allowlist, click Configure.
4. Add:
   • Address: support@yourdomain.raiseaticket.com
   • or Domain: raiseaticket.com
